ARRMapper Field Tool — Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the ARRMapper Field Tool ("the Tool"), a web-based field data collection application developed by Nirmalya Chatterjee for Tomorrow's Foundation, Tomorrow's Skills and Livelihoods Plc., and other authorised project partners engaged in ARR carbon projects.

1. Eligibility

The Tool is intended for use exclusively by authorised field staff and project personnel assigned to ARR carbon projects by Tomorrow's Foundation, Tomorrow's Skills and Livelihoods Plc., or other authorised project partners. Access is provided by project administrators via a shared link distributed through official project communication channels. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

You may use the Tool solely for the purpose of collecting, mapping, and uploading field data related to your assigned ARR project. You agree not to:

The Tool, including its code, design, and methodology, is the intellectual property of Nirmalya Chatterjee. It is licensed for use by Tomorrow's Foundation, Tomorrow's Skills and Livelihoods Plc., and other authorised project partners. No rights to the source code are granted to end users by these Terms.

4. Data accuracy

You are responsible for the accuracy of the field data you upload. Uploaded data is used for carbon project monitoring, reporting, and verification (MRV) and may form part of official audit records. Deliberately falsifying field data is strictly prohibited.

5. Data ownership

All field data uploaded through the Tool remains the property of the respective project organisation (Tomorrow's Foundation, Tomorrow's Skills and Livelihoods Plc., or the relevant authorised partner) and their project partners.

6. Availability

The Tool is provided on an "as available" basis. No guarantee of continuous availability is made, and no liability is accepted for data loss, interruption of service, or GPS inaccuracy in field conditions.

7. Account suspension

Project administrators may revoke a staff member's upload access at any time, including upon termination of employment or project assignment. Previously uploaded data will remain in the project Drive and is not deleted upon access revocation.

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Tool after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
